Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content and AI Outputs

You retain rights to content you upload and to outputs you generate, subject to applicable law and third‑party model/provider terms. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, and display such content to operate the service (e.g., generating images, storing files, and showing your history).

You are responsible for your content. Do not upload or generate content that is illegal; infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; depicts sexual content involving minors; promotes violence, self‑harm, or hate; contains malware; or otherwise violates these Terms or provider policies.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

We integrate third‑party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Replicate, Fireworks AI, Fal), payment processors (e.g., Stripe or Creem), storage, and security services. Your use of features that rely on these providers may also be subject to their terms and policies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
